I was looking for unique ideas for a local law firm, Palmer & Associates… but they were a high maintenance client that needed a lot of attention.
My client wanted to set themselves apart from the competition and create an image for their firm in Las Vegas.
After many hours of consulting with the client and enlisting the help of CSG, I used the CSG Legal Pitbull campaign to close an annual deal that included all 3 stations in our cluster, online, outdoor and shorter length spots.

Toyota of Poway was a print-only advertiser. They had not done any radio since they opened, only TV and print. And they changed hands in October 2008, which made getting an appointment difficult.
It took 7 months to get an appointment, but once we got in, we discovered they wanted a jingle… But how do you rhyme Poway with anything?
Wham, bam, thank you ma’am! We had one within 10 days thanks to CSG. Walked in, played the scratch version and they loved it. The client is now also using the jingle in their TV commercials too.
$37K for 2009.

Elvis is a huge Toyota fan… he owns 3 himself.
Partner with local Toyota dealers to help stimulate the economy.
Elvis offered listeners a $1000 coupon good for purchase from one of “his” dealers. The CSG campaign included live reads done by Elvis and a general :30 to be used in open inventory.

This client was in an interesting category. And they had the money and wanted to advertise.
The client had a compelling story to tell with no clue as how to tell it.
CSG created spots for them focused on their health and dental benefits. It sold the story that “when you are a union member you have a better life.”

Proposals went out for a bid using the Transit bus system. It was government money and the best deal would win.
They had bought specific events (MLB games, NFL games, Dump the Pump Day, Earth Day, etc.) so we brought in CSG as a competitive advantage.
CSG created a custom campaign that the competition couldn’t touch. The spots brought the message home of what they were really selling: “the quickest way to get to the party.”
100% share of the sale for a total of $75K.

With the all the media negativity in regard to the housing market, we wanted to create a plan to help our top ten local homebuilders.
Put a positive spin on the housing industry, via our local homebuilders association.
The CSG campaign “Wiggle Room” was tailored to inform listeners why now is a great time to buy a home, with a plan for one local builder to own the wiggle room position. It was fully integrated: on-air, online, outdoor, and even a website to learn more about incentives and government rebates.
6 week campaign /$105K

One of the most famous parks in NYC wanted to get the word out about themselves on radio…
Bryant Park is the home to major NYC events such as Fashionweek, but the client wanted to promote the lesser known activities, classes and events that NYC residents may not be aware of.
Client was so satisfied with the first campaign that captured the feeling of Bryant Park, they returned to CSG for help with promoting their Fall Festival. Client embraced an edgy jingle that is sure to get listener’s attention.
19 week campaign/$150K and renewed.

I found the client, a local dentist, on Media Monitors.
Reached out with a seeding email, left a voice message comparing WBIG and a competing station, then conducted a CNA over the phone and set up an appointment.
With the CSG spot & Blue Dude presentation in hand, I closed the deal on the first meeting… new direct business using a spot right off the website with just a custom tag!
